Brokerslink has added two specialised firms to its international network – Drivento and HWF Partners – broadening its capabilities in strategic innovation and transactional risk insurance.

Drivento, a strategic innovation consultancy, operates across the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe. The firm supports Brokerslink’s partners and affiliates through consulting services, channel development, advanced technologies, and back-office operations. Its integrated approach is aimed at addressing emerging risk landscapes and international growth.

Meanwhile, HWF Partners, a London-headquartered brokerage, joins with a focus on transactional risk insurance. The firm operates eight offices globally and is staffed by professionals with backgrounds in law, accounting, and insurance. Its offerings include warranty and indemnity insurance, tax liability, contingent liability, after-the-event (ATE) insurance, and products related to judgment preservation and arbitration award default.

HWF has advised on over 5,800 transactions and structured more than 1,500 bespoke insurance policies covering deal sizes ranging from £5 million to £100 billion.

The additions bring further scale to Brokerslink’s operations, which now extend to 133 countries through 59 shareholder and partner firms, supported by more than 45,000 insurance professionals worldwide.

Brokerslink's marketing and operations director, Carla Alves, described the organisation as an ecosystem rather than a traditional broking network.

“We are not a marketplace,” Alves stressed. “We are a collaborative ecosystem of local brokers, niche wholesale broking firms, and some of the world’s leading risk and insurance consulting firms working together to build long-term partnerships to support international business growth.”

Alves said Drivento and HWF Partners bring specialised insights, knowledge, and services that will benefit the broader Brokerslink network.

Brokerslink manages more than US$55 billion in annual premiums and consulting fees. Last year, the network has also partnered with the Risk Management Society (RIMS) to promote the RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP) certification across its member firms, an initiative intended to raise professional standards and consistency in risk management practices internationally.
